Before you ask Santosh

Yes — take a train or taxi from Siliguri/NJP to Jaigaon (about 1.5 hours). Our office is in Jaigaon; we meet you there and handle the border crossing. Or take the Bagdogra–Paro flight (45 min, spectacular mountain approach).

Absolutely — and groups of 4 or more get a per-person price reduction. We handle all 10 permits simultaneously, organise a larger vehicle, and brief the whole group at once. Tell us group size when enquiring.

Yes — many Bhutanese, especially in border areas and the tourism industry, understand Hindi well. Your guide communicates in Hindi throughout the trip. Hotel staff in major cities generally understand Hindi.
