These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between DMC BHUTAN TRIP (registered operator, hereinafter "we", "us", "our") and the traveler(s) named in the booking confirmation (hereinafter "you", "guest", "client"). We reserve the right to alter itineraries due to weather, road conditions, political situations, or force majeure. Where an equivalent alternative cannot be provided, a proportionate refund will be made.

We act as agent for hotels, airlines, transport operators, and activity providers. We are not liable for acts, defaults, or omissions of any third-party supplier.
We are not liable for losses arising from: natural disasters, acts of government, pandemic or public health emergencies, flight cancellations, theft of personal belongings, altitude sickness or medical emergencies, or any event beyond our reasonable control.
If something is not right during your trip, contact Santosh immediately via WhatsApp โ most problems can be resolved on the ground within hours. If an issue is not resolved during the trip, submit a formal complaint in writing within 30 days of return. We commit to a full written response within 14 business days.
In the event of force majeure (natural disaster, civil unrest, pandemic, government travel restrictions, war), we will make every effort to:
SDF amounts already remitted to the Tourism Council of Bhutan are non-refundable under force majeure.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Where amicable resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jalpaiguri, West Bengal, India.
By paying a deposit, confirming a booking in writing, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms form a binding contract between you and DMC BHUTAN TRIP.

The Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) is collected by the Tourism Council of Bhutan and is non-refundable once permits are issued, regardless of the notice period. The Bhutan visa application fee ($40 per person) is similarly non-refundable once submitted to TCB.
Where permits have not yet been submitted at the time of cancellation, SDF amounts will be refunded in full.
In the rare event we must cancel your tour (natural disaster, political situation, TCB travel restriction, or other force majeure), we will:
We are not liable for additional costs you may have incurred (flights, insurance, visa fees for other countries) arising from our cancellation.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of confirmation, returned to the original payment method (bank account for bank transfers; UPI for UPI payments). International wire refunds may take up to 21 business days due to banking procedures.
Refund amounts are calculated on the total package price before any discounts, as discounts are applied at the booking stage and are non-transferable to partial bookings.
